When using the slider and Arc II at an incline with the high torque motor (high speed motor not recommended), there are a couple things to keep in mind when setting things up:
High Torque motor: You always want the motor at the top of the incline
Arc II: Arc II needs to be level at all times to function properly. To accomplish this a leveling plate is required and needs to be placed in between the slider's carriage and Arc II. Click here to see the leveling plate we use and recommend.
Belt tension: You might need to adjust the belt tension on your slider. If the belt is too loose, you will notice clicking sounds and slipping of the carriage. The belt can be adjusted underneath the carriage.
