We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 90 days of original purchase, customers can initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization which is required to process a return. We'll even pay the return shipping (US only) if you aren't satisfied with your Rhino Gear. NOTE: Any issues caused by accidental damaged are not covered under warranty. Product must be in original condition or a restocking fee up to 20% will be added based on condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All fees are in USD.
For your convenience, Rhino Camera Gear is pleased to provide you with a postage-paid mailing label available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns are not available to APO/FPO addresses.
International customers can complete the Return Merchandise Authorization and then send the item(s) back to us at the address below using any trackable method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
