Panasonic GH4: Newer firmware releases (v2.3 and above) will not work with Motion's Advanced Time Lapse feature. It will trigger video instead of taking photos.
Panasonic GH5: Newer firmware releases will not work with Motion's Advanced Time Lapse feature. It will trigger video instead of taking photos. However, if you turn the video button off in the operations manual of the camera it should resolve the issue.
Fujifilm: While we don't carry a specific Fujifilm shutter release cable, customers have had success with both Sony and Panasonic shutter release cables. The Sony cable has a micro USB port on one end and the Panasonic has a 2.5mm jack. If you have questions on which cable you need, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the shutter release port on your camera and we will try to help decide which cable you need.
We have had customers reach out saying that the Sony cable does not work with their Fujifilm camera, however most customers don't have a problem. We cannot confirm whether or not this is due to a damaged port on the camera or a firmware issue.
